User TrainingUser training will follow the Training Agendas set out at the Project Planning stage of implementation We recommend that PromoServe training is concentrated on a small number of key users who are business literate, computer-friendly and keen to learn. Knowledge gained by these key users can then be rolled out to all users with sessions being run either by your key users or us. Training is generally delivered at our Sheffield Training Centre unless agreed otherwise. Training at your premises is subject to 1) Additional charge 2) Suitable training facilities, specifically a separate room away from telephone and email distractions, with Networked PCs and a large screen or overhead projector. Training Agendas will be issued to you as part of your project planning session The Software Set-up Plan that you ordered is our first approximation of the time required to implement and train you on core functionality of the system. Additional time may need to be booked and paid for subject to the following guidelines below: 1) The complexity of your business processes is the biggest factor in determining time required. 2) Times quoted are approximate only, based on your skills, dedicated time and a stable IT platform 3) You can choose most appropriate methods of training to suit your company 4) We charge by the hour or day not by the task 5) Even for small systems, some assistance with configuration & training is always required 6) Recommended training times are based on a Train-the-Trainer approach not training for all staff 7) Our software support team are there to help but are not able to provide detailed user training on the phone (see SLA) |
