Order Methods Explained

This helpsheet will explain the different types of order method available for selection within PromoServe and where they can be seen by the user.


Order Methods

N = Not Set

F = Fax

R = By Rep

C = Counter

E = Email

O = Online

P = Post

V = Verbal


The selected order method for a Sales Order can be see from the following areas of the system.

1) From the main Sales Orders Screen which lists all Sales Orders:-
